Ameiva taeniura — Hispaniolan Blue-tailed Ameiva

Despite its name, this lizard is widespread on the Dominican Republic side of Hispaniola, as well as the Haiti side. I found one under a rock, but it raced off before I could get a picture. It was long and striped, like a very large whiptail.
