Anolis unilobatus
—
Moist Forest Anole
Also known as:
Blue-spotted Fan Anole

Not a particularly distinctive anole, but the anole choices were slim in this area. This species was split from Anolis sericeus in 2010.
Here is a list of all the reptiles and frogs I saw on this trip to Guatemala.

This species can be distinguished by the big blue spot in the middle of its dewlap. However, we didn't bother these sleeping lizards, because we were pretty confident that only one anole species lived in the reserve we were visiting.
