The long snout and massive Schwarzeneggerian front forelimbs identify this large frog as an adult breeding male Leptodactylus bolivianus.

Sharp-nosed Jungle Frog (Leptodactylus bolivianus)
When we saw this frog in the forest, the local staff identified it as the common species Leptodactylus pentadactylus. But when I was looking at my photos later, I realized that the longer snout and light area above the lip marked this as Leptodactylus bolivianus instead.
