This tiny little skink-like lizard was found skittering about in the leaf litter. We collected it for later photography, but somebody who shall remain nameless to prevent public everlasting shame folded rather than tied the plastic bag, and the little lizard snuck away. Sigh -- it was the only lizard I've yet seen in this family. I'm sure the responsible party feels horribly guilty about this.
