Osteocephalus verruciger
—
Ecuador Spiny-backed Frog
Also known as:
Brown Spiny-backed Treefrog, Ecuador Slender-legged Treefrog
The name “verruciger” refers to the pointy tubercles that festoon the backs of males. This one's a female, with relatively smooth skin. Check out that marbled pattern on the belly though!
