Ptychadena oxyrhynchus
—
Sharp-nosed Ridged Frog

This stylish frog might be Ptychadena longirostris, but from its more pronounced dorsal ridges and possibly pointier snout, I'm guessing that it is instead Ptychadena oxyrhynchus, which is known to inhabit some of the same dirt road puddles.
