Túngara Frog (Engystomops pustulosus)
We saw these odd little frogs calling in ponds at night. They've got irregular bumpy skin, short legs, and squat little bodies like toads. They make a distinctive "ricochet" call that's surprisingly loud for frogs of this small size (an inch or so long).
