Pristimantis walkeri
—
Walker’s Rainfrog
Also known as:
Warbler Rainfrog
This frog is common and widespread in the Pacific lowlands of Ecuador (west of the Andes). The books will tell you that it is distinguishable from other small brown Pristimantis species, but I am not certain that I believe these books. Fortunately I was surrounded by herpetologists who could identify it on my behalf.
